Shipping policy

-Generally please allow 10-14 calendar days for your item to ship (Or previously stated ship time communicated from Oak and Berk staff). Once your item is shipped you will receive a tracking number. Oak and Berk is not responsible for any shipping delays, errors or theft. If your package is shown delivered but you have not received it, please check with your postal carrier. 
-Orders are shipped through USPS using Parcel Select Standard Post OR Priority Mail Shipping throughout the United States.
-Once your order is shipped you will automatically receive the corresponding USPS confirmation/tracking number via email.
